Hi all
My company into existence from 2010 now we are looking into registration as pvt ltd.
My doubt is my registration will come into effect from 2014 or 2010
Plz advice

how can you have a company if it is not registered?

I mean we are inthe activities from 2010, may be not a company an organization

ok. the registration will come in effect from the day on which registration is done under companies act 2013
