My company into existence from 2010 now we are looking into registration as pvt ltd.
My doubt is my registration will come into effect from 2014 or 2010
Plz advice

how come you have a company if it is not registered?

I mean we are into activities from 2010, and not company but an organisation.

ok. the registration will come in effect from the day on which registration is done under companies act 2013

on and from the day registrar of companies having jurisdiction over ur HO issuing u a certificate of incorporation.

yes applying the above concept it mus be the actual date of incorporation in the certificate issued by roc- 2014 in this case

those activities are in another form - proprietor, partnership etc. as far as companies act is concerned, they dont matter.
