Sir please give a brief note about the following points.
1. Advantage for incorporation of a private limited company
2. For tax purpose as well as other benefits like systematic maintenance of books of accounts.
3. some of the Government departments called tenders and insert a point that the private limited companies are only eligible for tender. In this case, is there any benefit to the Government?

There are many benefits. like limited liability, perpatual succession, seperate legal entity and all.
