We are family of 3 my parents and myself being the MD ....having our own company...can we transfer our individual properties to company....if yes..
what is the procedure.....who will hv the hold on properties........

You can transfer the property to the company for adequate consideration. Then the company will hold on the property.

Thanks sir....and how can property tranfered...through paying all stampduty again..plz suggest any other way which minimises cost.
