company name - minimum authorised capital

20 February 2010 Can I use the name of company as GLOBOSPARES PRIVATE LIMITED with an authorised capital of Rs 5,00,000 ( five lacs ). ( If we use the words GLOBAL or GLOBE, the authorised capital should be 1 crore. Is the same authorised capital to be adopted if we use the word GLOBO ? )

20 February 2010 I think you may go ahead with this name provided the same is a unique name. Just upload form-1A and wait for the ROC reaction.

20 February 2010 Dear Ankurji,
My form 1A has been rejected by ROC on the grounds of insufficient capital. ( I found from the mca website that there are some companies whose name starts with GLOBO and having a capital of Rs.5 lacs ( like GLOBODYNE HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED incorporated in 2008). Can I refer these companies before ROC and get the name GLOBOSPARE private limited approved.
