28 October 2016 Please help, i have applied for company name reservation through form INC-1 on 1 Sep. 2016, the same is valid for 60 days and should be expired on 31st October 2016, however i have filled my other form for incorporation on 27th October 2016, and it is in process and pending for approval, please help i need to extend my reservation period further as the same process is being late, what be the step be me for further process.. please help

28 October 2016 If you have already filed Form INC-7 DIR-12, then you are not required to extend the name availability.

28 October 2016 sir please help, i have paid the required fees and stamp duty to ROC, what should be my next step

29 October 2016 Check the ' transaction status' after the holidays, If status is showing as 'approved', o.k well and good. Otherwise, if put for 'resubmission' you will get 15 more days to correct and resubmit.the forms. Nothing more to do right now.

29 October 2016 You will be asked to reapply for availability of the name only when ROC sends you Form INC-7 for re-submission.
If ROC approves form INC-7 in next few days even though last date of availability of name is gone, then you are surely not required to do anything. This has happened with me before.
