14 April 2010 i have apply for a name of company(Private Co.).it was accepted but client did nt like that name.i want to apply for another name.what is the proceed for the same.

14 April 2010 If the company is not registered with the allotted name with in the time prescribed, the name allotted will cancel automatically. So leave alone that matter to cancel automatically. For another name apply afresh in e-form 1A.

14 April 2010 i have only apply for name..i hav only filed form 1A.Can the same name filed in form 1A execpt approved name???

14 April 2010 You can give any six names in e-form 1A,other than the one approved,which do not equate/resembles the names of existing companies.
