Hi,
I am applying for a company name and the first 2 words of name is similar to an existing company.
Please guide me the process for how to use the name of existing company.
Should I take NOC from existing company at the time of uploading Form 1A.
Please provide me the format of letter/resolution of NOC which is to be attached with Form 1A.
What all process is required in the existing company.
Both the companies are pvt. ltd. company.

Hi,
If you still want to use those 2 words then you have to collect NOC from that company.
You have to collect a certified board resolution from that company in your favour for using those 2 words.
Attach the same with form 1A.
