Dear Sir
I wanna to incorporate a new company named as " Abc (India) Private Limited" but as per MCA status one company is already register with name " Abc private limited".
My query is that can I apply for company name by inserting a new word (i.e India) with already registered company
Example :-----
Already Registered company " Pace Connect private limited"
Proposed Name of New Company " Pace Connect (India) Private Limited

Yes you can apply and wait for the ROC Approval.

Can apply. But doubtful whether ROC will allot the name because the name applied 'closely resembles the popular description of an existing company'. Refer clause 8 (2) (a) (iv) of Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.
