plz tell me for appointment of new auditor in case of death of company auditor durning the year.
can be filled by the Board of Directors at the Board Meeting.which type resoluation required special or oridinary resoluation

Any casual vacancy arising in the office of the Statutory Auditor other than the vacancy caused due to the resignation of the Auditor, can be filled by the Board of Directors at the Board Meeting. The Auditor so appointed shall hold the office till the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
