A Ltd is a public Limited Company. B Pvt. Ltd, C Pvt.Ltd, D Pvt. Ltd are shareholders of such public company. Now such shareholder company has been striken off by the ROC. What will be the treatment of the shares hold by such company. Plz cite any case law if any??
