NOT NECESSARY FOR EXAMINATION PURPOSE BUT BETTER TO LEARN SOME OF THEM

Simply name of the party in case law is 100% enough.
Even in CS Final Examination Year, Court and state does not matter at all.
For example "CIT vs. Bangalore Club" is more then Enough.
RELEVANCY OF SECTION AND CASE LAW

Agree sections are not mandatory but only in CA exams. In CS exams at every stage sections are must otherwise bad impression. (I am 100% sure)
My advise to you is--never discuss these topics. Learning sections and case law--Make it a habit. It will 100% pay off during your final exams.
Make your standards high & high & high...i am still remembering various case laws till now.
