FORMAT OF AFFIDIVATE FOR USING THE COMPANY NAME ALREADY APPROVED.ALSO WHAT IS PN FORM

The applicant has to obtain 'a resolution' from the existing company stating that they have no objection for using their name while applying for name availability . This resolution has to be attached within e-form INC-1.
