Is Comapny act 2013 is applicabe for Nov 2014 CA Final Exam,if any one knw kindly inform me.

Company act 2013 will not be applicable for May 2014 examination however ICAI has not announced applicability for Nov 2014 examination. Kindly refer the link http://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=10052&c_id=219
