Hi Dear experts,
I have cs executive attempt on june 2014. please suggest me weather I have t ok read company act 1956 or company act 2012 ?
and also suggest me how to read and complete syllabus

You must read Companies Act, 1956 and highlights of new Companies Act, 2013 it will be sufficient for you.
