hi . i have a doubt that how to read company law .shall i write on my own in the exam but with a correct point . will they fetch mark.

Write in your own words but do not change the intention of law. For this I would suggest you to do conceptual study.
Use correct reference book and regularly discuss imp topics with your friends for better grip.
