Can a public company have all its 3 directors
as additional directors??

21 August 2012 sir, my company is a public co. since 1991 and according to MCA site all the three directors are additional directors.
Now what formalities am I required to do??
My company is voilating any provisions of companies act?

21 August 2012 You do not have to worry, just change the status of directors in next annual return and appoint them as whole time directors by taking a resolution.
