Plz if any one know about any of the above issue or any site where i can get any information plz inform me

08 August 2009 Go to mca.gov.in and login then follow the steps as set out U may have to pay inspection fees which u can do with your credit card so u can save a trip to ROC office Basic data will be available in the company master data But u should first get the CIN of the Company which is quite easy if u follow the directions on the screen.

17 August 2009 pls pay inspection fees and inspect the annual return of the company filed at MCA portal. you will get the information of transfers taken place during the period in last two AGMs. Regarding share allotment & bonus issue pls inspect form 2 filed in and available at MCA portal.
For Cash flow pls inspect the balance sheet filed if the applicability of AS -3 is there.

This all can be done by way of inspection. You may also get the information of directors and shareholders as on the date of AGM in Annual return.
