Hello All,
Recently, The MCA had notified many companies as " STIKE OFF " on the ground of non filing of annual reurns.
Now, how to make status of those companies ACTIVE.

File the annual returns and complete all compliance the company turns to be active
12 August 2017
Such companies has to file an appeal before the tribunal to seek restoration of name in the register of ROC as per section 252(1) or 252(3) and upon winning the appeal complete the pending filing to make the status as 'active'.
