Sir,
I have submitted all the necessary documents and made payments related to Company Incorporation.
Following re-submission query they have send where I need your valuable opinion / Help:
1) AOA top heading mentioned C.A.1956.
The Draft MOA & AOA are as per Companies ACT 2013. I have also checked that in AOA it is clearly mentioned The Companies ACT 2013.
I am not able to understand the query and trying contact in ROC Mumbai 022-22811493 & 22813760, but no one is picking up the call
Kindly guide in this regard.

The heading should have been as follows:-
THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956
AND
(THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013 TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE)

But as I have drafted AOA according to Companies Act 2013 and Sections are mentioned according to the same. Should I also change the Section Nos according to Companies ACT 1956 ?

Dear Vijay,
If you have prepared entire AOA as per CA 2013 then it wont be accepted. The clauses which corresponds to the notified sections can be as per 2013, rest all should be for CA 1956. And as said by warrier sir, the headings should be
THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956
AND
(THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013 TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE)
