Dear Members,
Do both the directors are required to obtain DSC (Digital Signature ) or is it sufficient that only one director obtain the DSC

Any one or both can obtain DSC.

Take DSC for one director only who is usually available at the office.
As DSC is not a very costly affair so you may also arrange DSC for both directors.
