24 July 2015 We had filed INC-7 along with Dir-12 & it has been successfully approved by the MCA. I will also be filing INC-22 for Registered Office today.

Is there any other form or any other compliance with reference to MCA that we have to do ?

24 July 2015 Sir is there any form to be filed with regards to giving Share Certificate to the Directors who also have Equity in the Company ?

25 July 2015 No other forms are required to be filed atleast for the purpose of incorporation.

Next stage of compliance:
1. Appointment of Auditor within 30 days from the date of Incorporation. You are required to file Form ADT-1 within 15 days from the date of appointment.

26 July 2015 Pratik Shah Sir, Isn't the Auditor will be the First Auditor. And there is no filing required for the appointment of first auditor.

26 July 2015 True. Since, nothing is written in the provisions for filing this form for appointing first auditor.
But I generally prefer to file it for appointing First Auditor.

Anyways, it is not mandatory so you can skip it.
