Sir,
I have already applied for name including digital signature of the applicant. Now, they have mailed me for resubmission. Now can i attach my CA digital signature, instead of applicant signature in resubmission form?

Make sure that the name applied is AVAILABLE ABSOLUTELY before affixing the DSC of the CA.

Sir, I have checked it. For example the name which am applying is ABC private limited. The names are already exists for A Private Limited, B Private limited but as a whole ABC private limited donot exist(Available)...Can i apply it now?
