Dear all,
I have filed Form 1, 18 & 32 for incorporating the company today. Please tell me how much does MCA generally take to confirm company incorporation after these Forms have been uploaded.
Please give your expert comments as its a matter of urgency

It takes apprx. 5 days for finalising the formation of company By ROC.

Thanx for the early reply sir, but it took around 13 days for MCA to approve Form 1A than is it possible that it will take only 5 days for approving incorporation

Mam it is also important to be in touch with the ROC officials..By just filing form and Waiting it may take another 15days for the incorporation documents.
