how to incorporate a company

1) For the subscribers take DIN. Visit www.mca.gov.in > Din for details.
2) Take digital signature for at least one person mentioned above. Visit www.tcs-ca.tcs.co.in for details.
3) After DIN is approved apply for company's name in e-form 1A. Vist www.mca.gov.in > download eforms > form1A.
4) After name is approved prepare memorandum of association and articles of Association.
5) File e-form 1 , e-form-18, e-form-32. Visit www.mca.gov.in .download eforms > forms...
6) Items 1, 2, 3, and 5 are paid services of govt.
7) If the above forms are approved ROC will issue incorporation certificate.
