I had obtain the name approval on 23/10/2013 whether company should be get certificate of incorporation before 22/12/2013 (i,e sixty days from Name approval Letter) or The Company can just upload the Forms 1,32 & 18 before 22/12/2013 is en half or to get certificate of incorporation itself before 22/12/2013 and as per Section 67 (addendum) how many times a person is allowed to resubmit the forms.

The Company should upload Incorporation documents with re submission before the end of 60 days from approval.
