23 January 2011 For Form 1 adopted estamp facility. then the MOA and AOA need be printed on stamp papers right? else they must be printed on stamp papers?

what are the filing charges for Form 1, form 32, Form 18 , MOA & AOA?

24 January 2011 Whether stamp duty for MOA & AOA also was paid by way of e-stamping. If yes then they need not be printed on stamp paper.

However if stamp duty for MOA & AOA is paid physically then they have to be printed on the stamp papers.

Filing fee is payable in addition to the registration fee. For Form 1, the filing fee depends on the authorised SC of the company viz., viz, 1 to 5 lacs - Rs. 200, 5 to 25 lacs - Rs. 300 and >25 lacs Rs. 500/-.

Form 18 and Form 32 filing fee is Rs. 500/-each.

24 January 2011 I slightly disagree with the expert. Filing fees for Form 18 and Form 32 also depends on authorized capital as is the case of Form 1.
