11 February 2016 I had been working in Finance for about 25 years and have recently started on my own. Wish to learn Company formation myself first before offering this service to clients.

I know that a lot of info is available on the net, but that does not help when you actually try it out. Looking for guidance from experienced people on how to go about it or where / how can I find somebody for this help. If needed am willing to pay for the help.

This sounds odd, but life takes queer turns.

11 February 2016 You will not get complete clarity till you complete one incorporation of company atleast practically.
So you better meet any CA/CS friend who handle incorporation works and ask him to show how it is practically done.

12 February 2016 Ganesh, you are right, that's what I want - to do a couple of incorporations of each type - then only can one proceed on ones own.

Since I don't have any known people in this profession, I thought of posting it here. I tried looking for any classes or something but nothing was there. So if somebody can help me out in this even as a service, I would be really thankful & compensate in many more ways.
