I AM WORKING IN A PVT. LTD. COMPANY. RECENTLY WE MADE TWO NEW COMPANY. I WANT TO KNOW WHY WE CREATE COMPANY. IS THERE ANY BENIFIT BY CREATION OF A NEW COMPANY?

There is no benefit as such. But you can do seperate business in companies and see the results of doing business.
There could be different partners in different busines and different profit sharing ratio which could be taken care of.
