board meeting held on 11th june 2013 for appointing auditor till conslusion of first agm. company incorporated on 10th june 2013. now i want to appoint auditor, so which form i should file.

if you are change and appoint new auditor then ADT-1 file in 15 days of appointment. and its apoointment should be in .AGM.
