There is the limit on the total number of Company audits u/s. 224 (1B), I would like to ask whether the Audit of a NON PROFIT MAKING COMPANY will be counted for the purpose of Ceiling under above mentioned saction.

if auditor has all his client companies each of which has a paid up share capital less then Rs.25 Lacs twenty such client one can have at a time.

I think NON PROFIT MAKING COMPANY are include in Ceiling Limit.
