new co. appointed 1st auditor that information compulsory in roc

intimation is filed by the Auditor in Form 23B. Company only has to furnish appointment letter....

Form 23B is not required to be filed by the company with ROC for the appointment of first auditor.
There is no such requirement u/s 224(5).

Yes only for first auditor Roc is not be intimated and only subsequent auditors when appointment are to be initmated to ROC.

It is compulsory to file the Form 23B as Form 23AC requires the SRN of Form 23B...
