28 September 2013 intimation is filed by the Auditor in Form 23B. Company only has to furnish appointment letter....

29 September 2013 Form 23B is not required to be filed by the company with ROC for the appointment of first auditor.

There is no such requirement u/s 224(5).

29 September 2013 Yes only for first auditor Roc is not be intimated and only subsequent auditors when appointment are to be initmated to ROC.
