13 September 2009 on conversion of pvt co. into public co.,is the new co. liable to held statutory meeting?

14 September 2009 If your pvt. co. is converted in to public co. with in 6 months of incorporation then section 165 is applicable to your converted public company and you have to hold statutory meeting.
