hi...can anyone explain me about that 5 criteria which are required to be fulfilled by the companies to be called"companies under the same management" u/s 370 (1B)?

The erstwhile Section 370 (1B) was already deleted by the
Companies (Amendments) Act 2000

I have the Bare Act of year 2005........i have seen that section .....only some clauses are deleted.......not the whole section....actually i m not able to understand point (ii) and (iii) of the sec 370(1B).
