a person was appointed as manager in a pvt ltd company and he is the brother of the manager of the company thereby falling under section 314 of the act. but the company did not file Form 24B I want to know what is the actual limit for filing Form 24B?

Section 314(1)excludes the holding of office or place of profit as Manager.
