I WANTED TO KNOW THOSE PROVISIONS OF THE COMPANIES ACT WHICH ARE APPARENTLY CONTRADICTORY BUT HARMONIOUS INTERPRETATION GIVES A WAY OUT FOR COMPIANCE.

03 October 2009 One of the provision is section 284(7)(a) Vs. 318(2).

Section 318(2) being more specific shall prevail over section 284(7)(a).

Read them carefully.
