12 March 2018 Item to convey EGM was not included in the notice of Board Meeting , but can Board discuss the business of calling of EGM and pass the resolution and hold EGM , if consent was given by all members.

12 March 2018 Any item not included in the Agenda may be taken up for consideration with the permission of the Chairman and with the consent of a majority of the Directors present in the Meeting.
