08 October 2014 if the office of director is vacated due to any reason and d total number of directors falls below the required number then what steps can be taken under Co. Act 2013 to restore the minimum number of directors? please cite relevant provisions and/or sections

09 October 2014 It is simply. In case number of director fall below statutory minimum, than simply appoint a new director to ensure minimum number of director.

You may appoint a new person as an additional director.
