31 July 2014 this is very big question and its diff to ans as its co wise diff they must be facing

31 July 2014 1. Compliance part has been strengthen by new Companies Act, 2013.

2. More transparency on the part of companies has been introduced.

3. Penalties for non compliance with the provisions has been increased like anything.

4. Scope for professionals has been increased.

Overall new Companies Act, 2013 will prove useful for all the stakeholders and professionals as far as compliance is concerned.
