Companies act 2013 applicAble for november 2014 exam ?as no book still available for it how can start reading plz help me n guide me regard dis plz

Well, whole of the act will not b applicable. Only 55 sections of the act, will b applicable for that attempt. Dont worry u can manage at the end of the time. Its not panic.
Regarding books it will b available in the last days of the month.
