Can anybody provide me the mandatory detail to be placed on company website as per companies act 2013?

There are lots of things to be placed on Company’s website under Companies Act, 2013. I do not have a complete list of such provisions. However I would you to download bare act of Companies Act, 2013 from the link mentioned below and search the word “website”. With this method you can prepare the list of such provisions:
