19 October 2013 It has been clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination.

Applicability for May 2014 eaxms will be announced soon by ICAI. So wait for announce ment by ICAI.

19 November 2013 icai clarified recently that new companies act 2013 is not applicable for may 2014 exams for ca final and ipcc levels
