Will there be any effect of 98 notified sections of new Companies Act on Financials if the Balance sheet base is 560 Crores and turnover base is 260 Crores.

Hi
No the Companies Act, 2013 will not affect till the date of adoption of Balance sheet by auditor.If it relate to the FY 2012-13.
