09 December 2008 Can a foreigner can be appoint as a full time director.if so then pls let me know the section of the said law.......and if there is any guidelines issed by the FEMA for their remuneration.....///////

There is no specific section for Foreign Directors. Thy are treated as ordinary directors. Thr is no guidelines from FEMA in this regard
