U/s 581X,it is given that ,A producer co. hase to appoint CS if average annual turnover in each preceeding F.Y. What is the meaning $intention of Law maker to give "EACH" word there. Pleas give me an example.

Section 581X : Secretary of Producer Company: (1) Every Producer Company having an average annual turnover exceeding five crore rupees in each of three consecutive financial years shall have a whole-time secretary.
it is clearly mentioned tht in each of 3 consecutive yrs. if still u have any doubt then plz revert back with ur query.
