27 September 2010 U/s 581X,it is given that ,A producer co. hase to appoint CS if average annual turnover in each preceeding F.Y.
What is the meaning $intention of Law maker to give "EACH" word there.
Pleas give me an example.

27 September 2010 Section 581X : Secretary of Producer Company:
(1) Every Producer Company having an average annual turnover exceeding five crore rupees in each of three consecutive financial years shall have a whole-time secretary.

it is clearly mentioned tht in each of 3 consecutive yrs.
