27 February 2023 Our AOA contains the clause of COMMON SEAL to be affixed in presence of 2 directors and authorised signatory or cs. But as per Companies Amendment the clause of Common Seal has been removed. My query is even if the company has not carried out the alteration in the Aoa for above ammendment, then the Companies Amendment shall prevail the present AOA? Or the AOA has to be ammended ? Please advise
