Commission to media people for arrange funds to Trust.

22 December 2022 One of my client is arranging funds for a charitable institution. They have agreed tയോ pay 10% as commission. Is RBI permit media to take 10% commission? Or what is percentage stipulated by RBI for this?

Do my client pay TDS and GST? What is the percentage for TDS and GST?
