19 August 2018 Yes if Commission Income belong to your HUF you can declare in your HUF tax.

19 August 2018 Belong to huf .i could not understand.i as karta has done transaction and i want to show it in my huf firm so is this legal.

28 September 2021 If commission is received by Karta, in individual capacity, the same cannot be declared in HUF account.

28 September 2021 Though it's disputable, whether commission can be earned by an HUF?
Still if its related to business activity, you can claim in HUF acc.
