Respected Sir / Madam,
Can a Dircetor or Dircetors of Pvt Ltd Company take Commission in huge amount other then Remuneration received on mothly basis ? What are the norms regarding that ?

Restrictions regarding managerial remuneration are not applicable to a Pvt. Company.
In a pvt company decision to remunerate a director is subject to the approval of board as well as articles of the company.
