11 August 2010 is the commission received on sale of ACs taxable under service tax .. also if a person is having a service of maintenance of ACs and commission on sale of Acs and only maintenance service crosses 10 lacs per annum but commission service does not cross 10 lacs per annum then is commission service taxable under service tax

14 August 2010 The commission received on sale of AC will be taxable under the "business auxially serivce" and the service of maintenance of AC will be covered under "maintenance or repair service"
